Subscription, Costs and Dress Code
Subscription
CV-Activities
Subscription for CV-activities closes on February 9, 2012 at 23.59 hours.
For CV-activities, you need to fill out your CV on a standard form at the website. It is not possible to upload your personal CV, since the EBT is not allowed to provide the companies with students’ personal contact information. The CV’s of students who participated in earlier editions are still online. In this case, all you need to do is login and edit your CV of last year. We will send your personal schedule of the weeks in the last week of March, but you can also check your schedule online by logging in on this website.
Please note that you do not enter any apostrophes in your motivation! If you do so, you will receive an error message and as a consequence you are not subscribed. We are very sorry for the inconvenience.

Subscription for non CV-activities closes on February 14, 2012 at 23.59 hours. Selection of students for these activities will be based on 'first come, first serve'.

Costs
Participation
The costs for a student to participate in the EBT will be €3,- per day, including lunch and informal drink. If you do not allow us to withdraw your fee automatically from your bank account, or if you do not have a Dutch bank account, please pay your fee upon registration at our desk in Building D. You can also contact the organization to make an arrangement before the start of the EBT.
If you are not selected for a CV-selection activity and you will not participate in any other activities, you will not be charged the participation fee for that day. In case you are unexpectedly not able to participate in an activity, you can cancel free of charge until three days before the start of the activity by sending an email to info@ebtilburg.nl or by giving a call to our office (013 463 3516). If you do not cancel in time, the regular fee will be charged and the company for which you subscribed will receive your name.
EBT Party
Besides this, every participant of the EBT will receive a free ticket for the EBT party on March 15. This ticket will be included in the bag that you will receive when you register yourself.
Dress codes
As everyone knows, you only have one opportunity to give a good first impression. So, to give company representatives this impression, you should dress in an appropriate, formal manner. During the EBT we use two different dress codes: ‘Business Attire’ and ‘Business Casual’.
Business Attire: The dress code ‘Business Attire’ entails that we expect you to wear a suit.
Business Casual: The dress code ‘Business Casual’ means that you dress in a formal way, but a suit is not necessary. For example a pants and a shirt suffices.
You can find the dress code of each day in the programme description of that specific day.
