An international management traineeship with De Lage Landen is your ticket to a flying start to your career in a dynamic industry. As one of our young talents, you will discover all aspects of international leasing and vendor finance within our global company. The program will teach you about our business, partners, people and products through hands-on jobs and a range of projects. You will go through an intensive customized training program designed to increase your financial, commercial and managerial skills, and to stimulate your personal development. Our trainee program is a truly international program in which you have a lot of responsibilities and you are responsible for developing your own career. Within 5 to 7 years, you can expect to be in an international management role. During your traineeship you will be mentored by senior management, which gives you great insight into the corporate strategy as well as high visibility within the organization.
